The Urwaldlauf is a six-hour race that takes place in Saarbrücken. During these six hours, participants can run any number of laps on a 1.85 km long course through the forest. The start time can be individually chosen from 10 AM, allowing each participant to decide how many laps they want to complete under the motto "Do what you want!" Whether for personal challenge or as part of a team, fun is the main focus!
